Basil & Pink Pepper Salt
Hand harvested Fleur de sel blended with aromatic basil and black peppercorns. Use as a seasoning finish. It pairs especially well with tomato based dishes such as pasta, bruschetta and stews. Can also be used in marinades, dips or mix with olive oil to make a seasoning for poultry and vegetables.

Fleur de Sel & Sumac Salt
Fleur de sel (Flower of salt) are small flakes that form on the surface of the pans and are considered the cream of the salt harvest. It is raked by hand from the salty ocean water and sun-dried without any further processing. Our blend combines this fine crystal salt with the tart Middle Eastern spice, Sumac, and aromatic rosemary to create a fresh, citrusy seasoning that can be used on a variety of dishes.

Beetroot & Thyme Salt
