Mezcal Infusion
After mezcal infusion, prepare cocktail with ice, soda water and a lemon or lime slice.
INGREDIENTS: Vanilla Rooibos, Orange Rind, Cinnamon, Ginger, Mandarin Rind, Star Aniseed, All Spice, Bergamot Extract
Rum Infusion
After rum infusion, prepare cocktail with ice, lemonade and a slice of lemon/lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
INGREDIENTS: Crystal Sugar, Lemon Rind, Lime Leaves, Mint, Lime Flavour
Spiced Whiskey Infusion
After whiskey infusion, serve over ice with lemon or lime slice.

Vodka Infusion
After vodka infusion, prepare cocktail and serve over ice with soda water and a slice of fresh orange or lemon
INGREDIENTS: Crystal Sugar, Mint, Ginger, Hibiscus, Raspberries
Tequila Infusion
After tequila infusion, prepare cocktail in a short glass on the rocks, or in a shot glass, with wedge of fresh lemon/lime.

Gin Infusion
After gin infusion, prepare cocktail and serve over ice with tonic water and a slice of fresh lemon or lime.
INGREDIENTS: Juniper Berries, Rosemary, Hibiscus, Lavender
Gluhwein Infusion
After wine infusion, bring the wine to simmer on the stove for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
